Are you licensed, bonded and insured to work in Oregon?
General contractors are required to be licensed in all localities where they work and carry enough bonding and insurance per Oregon State requirements. (www.oregon.gov/CCB/about_us.shtml) In Oregon, a general contractor must maintain a $15,000 bond and a general liability insurance coverage of $1,000,000. In addition, contractors with employees must maintain $500,000 of workers’ compensation coverage and vehicle insurance. R & G General Construction carries all required insurances with a general liability coverage of $3,000,000.

We offer a written warranty in every contract for service.
Will someone be working on my project every day?
Communication between clients and contractors on a daily basis is a key component to a smooth project. Your project will progress as per schedule and any idle days for our crews due to inspections, material orders, or scheduled work from specialty trades would be clearly conveyed to you. Your project manager will be onsite daily to track progress and discuss project details with you.
