What is the average cost to replace flooring?
You can expect to pay between $7 and $28.50 per square foot to replace your flooring. The cost to tear up and dispose of materials runs from $2 to $4 per square foot. Replacement involves removing old floors, disposing of the materials, prepping for new floors and installing new materials.
How long does it take to build a deck?
Based on the size of your home, an average project may take anywhere from a few days to 2 weeks. Larger projects may take longer.
What types of floors will be best for my project?
Depending on the space itself and how much moisture or foot traffic, we’ll recommend the best material for that space. Although hardwood floor is beautiful, putting real hardwood floors in a bathroom isn’t ideal due to moisture. Give us a call and we’ll help you choose the best material for your space.
Which alternative/fake wood is better?
Laminate is best for cost, dog/cat owners, durability, maintenance and radiant heat. Whereas engineered wood is best for appearance, resale value, the envirnoment, repairs, moisture resistance, and radiant heat.
